About

I’ve been a registered massage therapist since 1991, and have practiced in BC, Ontario, Quebec and even a little bit in Mexico. I was also a practical instructor at massage therapy colleges in both Victoria and Ottawa from 2004-2015. I live in Victoria, BC with my husband.

My focus is on the whole person; I enjoy helping patients decrease stress and anxiety, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as headaches, repetitive strain injuries, posture-related concerns, arthritis, etc., through a combination of deep tissue, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage techniques.

After many years in Fernwood, and just over a year downtown in the historic Yarrow Building, I’m once again in the neighbourhood, at 1284 Gladstone Ave, Suite G2, which is right in Fernwood Square, across from the Belfry Theatre. I’m offering treatments on Mondays, Tuesday afternoons, Thursdays, and Fridays. Online booking is available on my home page!

In addition to being an RMT, I’m a writer. You can find out more here: www.juliepaul.ca.

And when I’m not massaging or writing, you can find me in the kitchen baking cookies–or on the tennis court/in the lake, trying to work them off.
